Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is essential for overseeing daily operations within a telecommunications, network infrastructure, or manufacturing environment. The Operations Manager will lead warehouse, inventory, logistics, purchasing, and production activities while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational experience, advanced SAP knowledge, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, inventory, logistics, and production operations.
• Manage inventory accuracy, material flow, and supply chain activities.
• Oversee purchasing, shipping, receiving, and production planning processes.
• Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Utilize SAP for inventory management, production activities, reporting, and operational planning.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and operations team members.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and purchasing.
• Advanced SAP experience required.
• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Required Work Hours

The Operations Manager position requires full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Benefits

Ultimate Staffing offers a competitive salary range of $48.00 to $53.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. This is a supervisory position providing an opportunity to lead and develop a team in a thriving work environment.

Additional Details

The position is located onsite in Fremont, CA, and involves direct supervision of operational activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and will bring a detail-focused, process-oriented approach to the role.
